Dear guests!

We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the rules applicable in our apartments. This will help you avoid unpleasant situations, and allow us to focus on providing you with a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

1. The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.
2. Payment for the stay is non-refundable in the event of an early departure. The local tax is added to the room cost.
3. We do not accept guests with pets in our facility.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and inside the facility. Smoking is allowed on balconies and outdoors.
5. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
6. The guest is fully responsible for any damages caused in the rooms and on the premises.
7. In the event of damage to the room caused by the guest or their visiting persons, the guest is obliged to cover the costs of repairs. Parents are responsible for any damages caused by children.
8. The guest should immediately notify the owners of any damage that occurs in the room or if they discover any existing damage.
9. The owners of the facility are not responsible for any damages to the guest's vehicle or for valuable items left in the room.
10. In the event that a guest significantly disturbs the peace and/or well-being of neighbors, and fails to adhere to commonly accepted norms of human interaction (especially quiet hours), we reserve the right to terminate the guest's stay in our facility, without being obligated to refund any unused period.
11. The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
12. Bringing guests from outside must be reported to the facility staff each time. Such individuals are not entitled to use the facilities on the premises.
13. Using the services of our facility constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
14. Credit card and e-transfer transactions are processed through Przelewy24.
15. The guest will be charged 50% of the total reservation price in case of cancellation after making the reservation, and the full reservation price in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival.
